- This episode scored million viewers.
- This episode marks the final appearance of Josh Kelly as Jeremy Craner.
- The episode was originally written as a possible series finale.
- They shot two different endings: the one at the cabin, which was supposed to serve as a possible series finale, and then one where Rachel decides to stay at Everlasting because no one will ever love her the same way Quinn does.
- However, after finding out it wasn't going to be the series finale, they chose the cabin one anyway because everyone loved the idea of Rachel getting out.
- There was an additional scene where a drunk Quinn and Chet go to Vegas and get married.
